Punjab Bandh: December 30 Traffic Diversion Plan Declared By Ramesh Goyat, Chandigarh

Chandigarh,December 30: Traffic on several key routes has been diverted to ensure smooth flow and minimize inconvenience to commuters during the Punjab Bandh on December 30. A detailed route diversion plan for vehicles traveling to and from Chandigarh, Delhi, Ambala, Hisar, and other cities has been issued by the administration. Citizens are advised to take the alternative routes suggested by the administration and avoid any unnecessary travel during the bandh.

Route Diversion Plan:

Ambala to Chandigarh:Vehicles can reach Chandigarh via Capital Chowk, Ambala Cantonment, Saha, Shahzadpur, Ramgarh, and Panchkula.

Ambala to Naraingarh: Travelers can use the route via Capital Chowk, Saha, and Shahzadpur.

Chandigarh to Delhi: –

Option 1: Panchkula, Ramgarh, Barwala, Shahzadpur, Mullana, NH 344 to Yamunanagar, Radaur, Ladwa, Indri, Karnal, Panipat, and Delhi.-

Option 2: Panchkula, Ramgarh, Shahzadpur, Saha, Shahabad, Pipli, Karnal, and Delhi.

Hisar to Chandigarh’s: –

Option 1: Barwala, Narwana, Kaithal, Kurukshetra, Shahabad, Saha, Shahzadpur, and Panchkula.

Option 2: Barwala, Narwana, Kaithal, Pehowa, Thol, Shahabad, Saha, Shahzadpur, and Panchkula.

Chandigarh to Hisar:

Via Panchkula, Shahzadpur, Saha, Shahabad, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Narwana, and Barwala.

Delhi to Chandigarh:-

Option 1: Delhi, Sonipat, Karnal, Indri, Ladwa, or Karnal, Kurukshetra, Umri Chowk, Ladwa, Radaur, Yamunanagar, NH 344A, Mullana, Shahzadpur, and Panchkula.

Option 2: Sonipat, Panipat, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Shahabad, Saha, Shahzadpur, and Panchkula.

In case of any problem, the passengers can get support by dialing the helpline number 112.The administration has appealed to citizens to cooperate by sticking to alternative routes and avoiding unnecessary travel in these bandh days.
